Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Private Banking Associate to join our team at BMO. As a key member of our Wealth Sales and Service team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our private banking clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing new business proposals and presentations to clients and prospects.
  • Identify customer needs and match them with appropriate products or services using relationship selling techniques.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on business objectives.
  • Analyze data and information to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Provide timely and accurate service and support to Private Bankers by completing a wide variety of credit, non-credit, and related activities.
Requirements
  • Typically between 2 – 3 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in a related field of study.
  • Bilingualism in French and English.
  • Must meet the licensing and certification requirements for the team / branch / jurisdiction where the mandate is being fulfilled.
  • Working knowledge of personal and commercial credit and non-credit products, monitoring/operational processes and applications.
