About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Architect to join our team at HOK. As a key member of our architectural team, you will be responsible for leading projects from conceptual design to completion, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality, sustainability, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project teams to deliver high-quality architectural projects that meet client expectations and exceed industry standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective communication and project success.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve project delivery and team performance.
Requirements
  • 10-15 years of experience in architectural project management, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality projects.
  • Professional degree in architecture or a related field, with a valid license to practice in the region.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
  • Proficiency in Revit, Autodesk, and other industry-standard software.
