Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers, including bricklayers, tilesetters, glaziers, painters and decorators, floor covering installers, and drywall installers and finishers.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Prepare production and other reports, and recommend personnel actions as needed.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities, including requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Supervise and lead individuals, including trades helpers and working groups.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in construction management or a related field.
  • Excellent oral communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Organized, reliable, and a team player.
