Service Advisor Opportunity

Northland Volkswagen is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team in Calgary, AB. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our service department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our valued clients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and inquiries related to vehicle servicing, providing accurate and helpful information to our customers.
  • Create quotes and work orders for vehicle repairs, working closely with our technicians to ensure accurate and efficient service.
  • Consult with automotive technicians regarding required repairs and maintenance, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.
  • Provide customers with information and updates regarding the status of their vehicle repairs, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the process.
  • Work with the parts department to determine parts availability and scheduling of future service appointments, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Complete and close repair orders, ensuring that all necessary documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Review the repair order and service performed with the customer after the service has been completed, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year dealership experience in a Service Advisor role required.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, even in challenging situations.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Experience and desire to work with technology, including computer systems and software.
