About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Cuisine, Commissary to lead our Food & Beverage team at Aritzia. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for establishing the strategic direction for Food & Beverage, leading a high-performing team, and curating a highly engaging product assortment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Lead and manage a team of culinary professionals to achieve exceptional product quality and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure seamless execution of Food & Beverage initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and improvement

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of leadership and team management
  • Education and/or certifications in culinary arts, food safety, and/or business management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • A commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement
