Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Banking Relationship Manager to join our team in Halifax. As a key member of our Commercial Banking team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing them with tailored financial solutions to meet their business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of commercial banking clients, providing them with proactive financial solutions to help them achieve their business goals.
  • Work closely with internal partners to connect clients with opportunities and provide them with timely business advice.
  • Proactively assess client needs and propose solutions to deliver exceptional client service.

Requirements:

  • Commercial or Business Banking experience, with a proven track record of business development and client relationship management.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing credit quality and cash management requirements for commercial banking clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal partners.
