Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Banking Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial Banking team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with business clients and internal partners.

As a Commercial Banking Advisor, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from small businesses to large corporations, and provide them with tailored financial solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Relationship Managers to identify and deliver solutions to clients and prospects
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their operational requirements and providing them with expert advice and guidance
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to client concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Act as a service champion for our clients, proactively reviewing their banking needs and identifying opportunities to provide them with additional value
Requirements
  • Approximately 2 years of experience in a service and sales support role, working in collaboration with a sales team to provide advice and respond to client requests
  • Proven customer service skills, with experience working in a financial or services industry
