We're seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer for Assembly Operations to join our team at GCM Consultants. As a key member of our engineering team, you will contribute to the success of our projects by applying your expertise in project management and engineering principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, team members, and senior management to deliver projects on schedule and on budget.
  • Work with Procurement and the Construction Coordinator to ensure project completion in accordance with project strategy and schedule.
  • Maintain cost reports and cash flow for the project, as well as the overall schedule.
  • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts during all phases of the project, aligning with project goals and objectives, as well as risk management.
  • Make decisions throughout the project's different phases, utilizing professional and technical expertise, to ensure project delivery safely, efficiently, and meeting stakeholder expectations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
  • Consideration of mechanical piping technician with knowledge of pressure vessels, pumps, etc.
  • Background in Mechanical engineering, with a focus on mechanical work.
