The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and experience in client billing. Key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the accuracy of financial information and billing reports
- Corresponding with clients to resolve any issues or answer questions
- Following up on outstanding payments and preparing and sending invoices
- Maintaining and updating financial records and reconciling account discrepancies
Requirements for this role include:
- A college diploma or degree in finance or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in client billing or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel and Word
- Excellent communication skills with different stakeholders in English and French (preferred)
- Ability to generate and interpret financial reports
