About the Position:
We are seeking a permanent, full-time Receptionist to join our team at our Head Office in Regina. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the front desk, and supporting the Executive Director of Business Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet visitors to our Head Office
- Manage the reception area, including answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Provide administrative support to the Executive Director of Business Management
- Coordinate the receipt and dispatch of mail and parcels
- Monitor and respond to incoming emails
- Maintain office supplies and stationery
- Balance the debit/credit card machine at the end of each day
- Develop skills as a Commissioner for Oaths and Notary Public to offer affidavit services
- Perform other duties as assigned, including backup support for ordering and inventory control of clothing supplies and identification services coordinator
Requirements:
- Diploma or certificate in the administrative professions or an acceptable combination of experience and skills
- Excellent client and customer service experience
- Proficient in MS Office and able to adapt to new computer programs
- Data entry experience
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced office environment
- Clear criminal record history and ability to obtain a security clearance with the Government of Canada
