We An-Ser Communications Group is seeking a skilled Virtual Receptionist to provide exceptional customer service to our medical and commercial clients.

This role involves handling incoming calls, greeting callers, and providing required information. You will work on our state-of-the-art call processing system and be trained on various call center tools to prioritize customer needs.

To succeed in this position, you must have a welcoming voice, strong English language skills, and computer literacy. You should also be able to type 40 words per minute or more and have good attendance.

As a Virtual Receptionist, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering and directing calls
  • Providing information and assistance to callers
  • Transferring calls or taking messages as necessary

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $17 and a range of benefits for full-time employees, including RRSP matching, health insurance, and paid time off.

Shifts are available on a 7-day on, 7-day off schedule, and we are an inbound call center only, with no outbound telemarketing or hard sales calls.
