We are seeking a highly skilled Citizen Services Representative to join our team at Service Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to citizens, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service to citizens, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Respond to emails and phone calls in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with changes to policies and procedures, and apply this knowledge to provide accurate information to citizens.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
