Citizen Services Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Citizen Services Officer to join our team at Service Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to citizens, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Windows
  • Security and Safety: Enhanced reliability security clearance
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and maintain attention to detail
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, judgement, and dependability
Experience:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Occasional employment with a minimum of 37.5 hours per week
  • Bilingual language skills
Requirements:
  • Legally able to work in Canada
  • Reside in proximity to the advertised location
  • Hold the required certifications
