The role of the CI Site Lead at Saputo Inc. is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to drive continuous improvement in our Alberta operations.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager who can lead our sites in Edmonton and Red Deer to achieve excellence in productivity, quality, and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, with experience in implementing process improvements and driving cultural change.

You will be responsible for identifying areas for improvement, developing and implementing solutions, and measuring their effectiveness.

This is a full-time position that requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent education in operations management, logistics, or warehousing
  • Six Sigma Green Belt certification (or higher) is an asset
  • CAMP, PMP, or agile certification is an asset
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
  • Change Management skills

Saputo offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience.
