Liquor Store Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at Squires Four Cold Beer & Wine Store. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers while maintaining a well-organized and efficient store environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand
- Sell merchandise and promote products to customers
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure stock is accurately tracked and replenished
- Supervise and coordinate activities of retail salespersons and sales clerks
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or supervisory role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
Squires Four Cold Beer & Wine Store is a retail business with a fast-paced environment. As a Liquor Store Supervisor, you will be required to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will also be expected to maintain attention to detail and work in a team-oriented environment.
