Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and going the extra mile to meet customer needs.
  • Operating a cash register and handling customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Sharing product knowledge with customers and providing recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including the grocery and produce departments.
  • Ensuring only the freshest products are displayed and available for customers.
  • Handling customer service inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Cleaning equipment and work areas to ensure a safe and sanitary work environment.

Requirements:

  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience.
  • A strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Integrity, enthusiasm, and a willingness to go the extra mile to meet customer needs.
  • Retail customer service experience is considered an asset.
