Job Title: Night Support Worker

We're seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual to join our team in Banff. As a Night Support Worker, you'll be responsible for providing person-centred care to support two ladies and two gentlemen who have their own needs and personalities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality support to individuals with varying care needs
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful team environment
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
