Restaurant Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at McDonald's Ajax. As a key member of our restaurant management team, you will be responsible for supporting the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the overall performance of the restaurant, including customer satisfaction, sales, and employee productivity.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant efficiency, quality, and customer service.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and supplies.
  • Recruit, train, and develop restaurant staff to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of restaurant management systems.
