Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at McDonald's Ajax. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for supporting the management of daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Support the management of restaurant staff, including training, coaching, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
