About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Operations Assistant to join our team at McDonald's Ajax. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to restaurant staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in a related role.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
