We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our Major Accounts team at ADP, Inc. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with executive-level client contacts, driving business growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

About the Role
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building relationships with clients and a deep understanding of the HCM and payroll technology space.
  • They will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring effective contract negotiations.
  • The Business Development Manager will lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Client Focus:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with executive-level client contacts.
    • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth.
  • Client Communication:
    • Demonstrate strong presentation, meeting management, and relationship management skills.
    • Lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Opportunity Focus:
    • Execution of Account Planning techniques to drive strategic client penetration and revenue forecasts.
    • Facilitate client reference opportunities.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in building relationships with clients.
  • Deep understanding of the HCM and payroll technology space.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
