We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Professional to join our team at Southbridge Care Homes in Shelburne, ON. As a Registered Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality resident care while following established protocols and physician's orders.
- Observe, report, and record resident vital signs, symptoms, and conditions, initiating remedial measures as needed.
- Organize and direct functions related to resident care, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
- Assist in managing the work of nursing and personal care staff, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
- Current certificate of competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario.
- Bilingualism in English and French is an asset but not required.
- A passion for caring for seniors and a serving heart.
- Registration/eligibility for registration with the Registered Practical Nurses Association of Ontario.
- Previous similar experience in long-term care is an asset, with comprehensive knowledge of duties.
- A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience.
