About the Role:



  • Provide high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify residents’ needs and goals.
  • Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure excellent care delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Requirements:



  • Current certificate of competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario.
  • Registered/eligible for registration with the Registered Nurses Association of Ontario.
  • Previous experience in long-term care is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
