This is an incredible opportunity for top talent looking for careers in residential construction. We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a Construction Maintenance Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of building renovations, upgrades, and maintenance projects across multiple properties.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while meeting quality and safety standards.
- Team Coordination: Lead and manage project teams, including subcontractors, and team members. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project.
- Vendor and Contractor Management: Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers. Ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Quality Control and Safety: Oversee all aspects of construction to ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field preferred but not required with relevant experience.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices.
