Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Plumber Journeyperson to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading project areas, mentoring apprentices, and ensuring the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project areas and manage teams to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Mentor and supervise apprentices to develop their skills and knowledge
  • Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure seamless project execution
  • Take-off and site design, as well as material management
  • Understand sub-trade scopes, scheduling, and interference
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, trades, and sub-trades
  • Follow written and verbal instructions
  • Contribute to a positive site culture
Requirements
  • 4-5 years of plumbing experience
  • Red Seal Certification, Plumbing
  • Full understanding of drawings and specifications for Mechanical, Architectural, and Structural
  • Proficient in take-off/site design and material management
  • Understanding of sub-trade scopes/scheduling/interference
  • Ability to manage, mentor, and supervise apprentices
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to follow instructions
