\Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Director who will lead corporate projects within our Project Management Office, utilizing proven project management techniques and principles. This role reports directly to the Director of Operational Excellence and is responsible for leading major organizational change initiatives that align with our hospital's strategic priorities.

\Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of complex corporate projects.
  • Ensure alignment of all assigned projects with organizational strategy through effective engagement and communication with all levels of the organization.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, and responsible team members.
  • Manage resources effectively to ensure that all assigned tasks are completed on time within budget.
  • Align standard PMO processes, methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall), and tools to manage projects efficiently.
\Qualifications and Skills
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • PMP certification is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing complex projects, preferably within the healthcare industry or in an organizational setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization.
  • Experience in change management, including leading organizational change initiatives.
