About the Opportunity
This role offers a rare opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Global Change Management Lead, reporting directly to the Director, Change Management & Operations BPO Lead.
As a key member of our organization, you will be instrumental in developing and executing change management deliverables for various transformational initiatives, driving global digital and business transformations, and building change competency across the organization.
Key Accountabilities
- Design and implement comprehensive change management plans, integrating stakeholder engagement, change impacts analysis, and communication and training to drive adoption of changes introduced.
- Develop robust stakeholder mapping and personas to describe direct and indirect impact on various internal/external audiences.
- Collaborate with key functions to collect, curate, and validate change impacts assessments, executing tailored change interventions and tactics focused on driving employee adoption.
- Lead change leadership competencies across the organization, delivering role-based change management training sessions using standard tools, templates, methodology, and training curriculum as required.
- Measure stakeholder readiness and adoption using relevant KPI, designing and tracking triggers to accelerate employee adoption.
- Develop reward and recognition tactics tied to overall change plans, motivating and enabling employees to transition to the future desired state.
- Support functional leaders in driving their teams through stages of change transitions, including tracking employee change receptivity and designing triggers to accelerate employee adoption.
- Introduce change management awareness within the organization, providing change tools and templates, delivering change management training, and competency building in various functions.
- Partner with HR, Communications, Learning & Development, Project Leaders, and/or Functional Leaders to integrate all change management deliverables, milestones, and activities into project critical paths.
- Track and report on business/employee/end-user readiness along with progress and effectiveness of change management deliverables tied to assigned initiatives.
- Provide recommendations on optimizing change management plans and executing change management interventions/tactics based on feedback and inputs from project and business stakeholders.
- Observe and support all safety guidelines and regulations.
- Ensure adherence to GMP and regulatory requirements, maintaining quality standards.
- Model the Company Mission, Vision, and Values Statements, policies, and current standard business practices.
- Perform other related duties and/or special projects as assigned by the leader.
Requirements
Education: University degree in a related discipline preferred e.g. Psychology, Business, Human Resources, Science or Engineering.
Certification: PROSCI or CCMP certification in Change Management desired.
Experience: 7+ years' experience as an Organizational Change Management professional or a combination of Organizational Development, Communications or similar, combined with a minimum of 3 years working in the field of Change Management.
Digital Transformation: Involved in Digital Transformation projects including ERP (SAP S4/Hana preferred).
Pharmaceutical Background: Pharmaceutical or Manufacturing background an asset, with prior knowledge of operations/production, finance and supply chain functions.
Skills: Knowledge and passion of change management principles.
Communication Skills: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills at all levels of the organization.
Relationship Building: Able to build and maintain relationships to influence, coach, and guide others.
Adaptability: Flexible and adaptable, able to work in ambiguous situations.
Travel: Valid passport for possible international travel.
Languages: Fluent in French an asset but not required.
