Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Management Professional to fill the role of Construction Site Supervisor with Trinitystar Developments Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Recruit, hire, and train staff members to maintain a skilled and motivated workforce.
  • Estimate costs and materials required for projects, ensuring accurate budgeting and financial management.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Recommend personnel actions to support team development and performance.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to inform project planning and execution.
  • Procure necessary materials, equipment, and supplies to support project requirements.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced construction environment, leading a team of 1-2 people. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize responsibilities effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of success in project management, with experience in construction or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual respect.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical and dental coverage, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
