About the Job


We are seeking a highly experienced Internal Controls Manager to join our team in the Greater Toronto Area. This 12-month contract has potential for extension.



About the Opportunity
  • This role will involve supporting the Director and VP of Internal Audit, focusing on ICFR process across various stages of the controls cycle with a strong emphasis on IT controls.
  • Review and document internal controls from both business and IT perspectives.
  • Lead the development and execution of SOX/ICFR test plans.
  • Participate in cross-functional communication with various business leaders across the organization.
  • Collaborate with the VP Audit on ad-hoc projects and tasks.


About You
  • Hold a relevant designation such as CPA, CISA, or CIA.
  • Possess at least a Manager-level position.
  • Hold experience in ICFR/internal controls, specifically IT controls and systems implementations.


Earn an estimated salary of $110,000-$130,000 per annum, depending on skill sets, experience, and other factors.
