Position Overview

Are you passionate about shaping exceptional user experiences and driving impactful research initiatives? As a Senior Experience Researcher at Autodesk, you will play a pivotal role in our team, focusing on delivering user-centered insights that inform and enhance our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with AI & ML teams to inform product and design decisions
  • Plan and execute qualitative research throughout the design and development lifecycle
  • Employ different research methods to achieve product and organizational impact
  • Collect and analyze data using empirical and statistical methodologies
  • Translate research findings into applicable insights
  • Provide recommendations to decision-makers and communicate research findings to partners
  • Apply problem-solving techniques to develop innovative solutions
Requirements
  • 5+ years of professional experience conducting and leading user experience research
  • An interest and understanding of the applications of AI & ML and with hands-on user research experience in this area
  • Experience analyzing insights and summarizing complex data into clear and applicable insights
  • Experience building partnerships with a variety of product development teams
  • Up-to-date toolkit of qualitative and quantitative research methods and tools
  • Experience with human-centered design principles and practices
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry
  • Familiarity with using online diary platforms and co-creation techniques
  • Experience working with data scientists to combine behavioral and attitudinal insights into a holistic narrative
  • Experience working with AI & ML teams and informing product and design decisions within those teams
  • University degree in a related field such as Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction or a related/equivalent field
