Logistics Coordinator

VTRANS INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS is seeking a skilled Logistics Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of supplies and materials between departments, performing routine clerical duties, and preparing and submitting reports.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor the movement of supplies and materials between departments to ensure efficient logistics operations.
- Perform routine clerical duties, including data entry and record-keeping.
- Prepare and submit reports on logistics operations, including progress and other relevant information.
- Coordinate traffic flow of supplies to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare and process import and export documents and other forms on behalf of clients.
- Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in logistics or a related field.
- Knowledge of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
