- Tote Optimization: Optimize tote fill by packing orders in a space-efficient manner while maintaining product quality standards.
- Customer Interaction: Balance fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction, offering service and supporting issues to resolution.
- Safety and Food Hygiene: Ensure strict adherence to safety and food hygiene standards, including maintaining a clean and hygienic work area, immediate clean-up of spills and debris, and ensuring all totes are clean and void of debris before packing.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting changes to operational procedures, productivity standards, and efficiencies, customer satisfaction, safety, working conditions, and quality standards.
- Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a customer-facing role or in a warehouse environment.
