Opportunities Coordinator Role

We're hiring an Opportunities Coordinator to join our Global, Go-To-Market (GTM) team. This 8-month term role will report to the Global GTM Lead and work in a full-time capacity. As a team member, you'll gain a unique perspective on how our GTM team acts as the organizational glue between regions and departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn and immerse yourself in our digital consultancy operations, including service offerings and partner ecosystem.
  • Support bid support, content creation, and promoting services to internal customers.
  • Understand user experience, empathize with how departments use key presentation and marketing assets, and approach iteration and innovation work accordingly.
  • Aid in processing and setting up bid opportunities in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with GTM team, Sales, and bid teams to gather existing assets and create new ones for pitch or proposal responses.
  • Work with various teams to enhance proposal and presentation responses.
  • Potentially contribute to client-facing projects in different capacities, like content entry, based on project needs and schedules.
  • Research and summarize concise documents or presentations on various topics, spanning from client prospecting to emerging technology trends and competitive analyses.
  • Ensure bid responses and GTM assets conform to Appnovation's corporate branding standards, formats, and messaging.
  • Streamline processes to do things more efficiently and quickly.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Operations Specialist on Salesforce tasks, including creating contacts, accounts, and other related activities.

Background and Experience

  • Currently looking to complete a co-op term as part of your undergraduate program requirements.
  • Interested in the business and technology spaces.

Additional Skills

  • Proficiency with messaging and video conferencing tools (e.g. Slack, Zoom).
  • Skills in using advanced search techniques to quickly find relevant information (e.g. Google Suite, Gmail).
