We are seeking a skilled Payroll Supervisor to join our team at KAD Consulting Services Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our payroll systems, including scheduling events, programs, and activities, as well as training workers in their duties and policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule work and ensure the timely completion of tasks
  • Train workers in duties and policies, and provide coaching and guidance as needed
  • Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement
  • Ensure the accuracy of financial transactions and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments, and provide technical advice and support as required
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies, and arrange for maintenance and repair work
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
