Job Title: Payroll Supervisor - Financial Operations Specialist
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Supervisor to join our team at KAD Consulting Services Inc. As a Payroll Supervisor, you will be responsible for scheduling events, programs, and activities, as well as training workers in duties and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule work and ensure smooth operation of equipment
- Train workers in duties and policies
- Prepare and submit reports
- Resolve work problems and provide technical advice
- Ensure accuracy of financial transactions
- Co-ordinate, assign, and review work
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
Requirements:
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
- Permanent employment
- 30 to 35 hours per week
Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, and attention to detail.
Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, judgement, organized, reliability, and team player.
