Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager to join our Financial Crimes - AML IT team in Vancouver. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the successful implementation of multiple complex regulatory initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

Responsibilities:
- Strategically plan and manage the implementation of concurrent technology projects, monitoring progress and controlling activities according to plan.
- Continuously identify potential issues, conflicts, and risks, analyzing and mitigating them where necessary.
- Develop and execute end-to-end delivery of technology projects, planning and executing communication related to these initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and achieve deliverables, ensuring effective integration into RBC procedures and processes.
- Provide technical guidance to junior developers and contribute to the development of technical modules.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree combined with extensive experience in complex technology programs, managing high-frequency requests and multiple priorities.
- Proven ability in written and oral communication skills, along with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational, project management, and time management capabilities.
- In-depth understanding of technology and/or financial services industry, with experience in programming languages (Java, Scala, SQL, Unix scripting), frameworks (Spring boot, OpenShift containers), DevOps (Jenkins, UCD etc.), and Cloud (Azure, AWS etc.).
- Deadline-driven and results-oriented, able to meet consistently high-quality standards while handling various tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

Estimated Salary Range:
$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
