About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our team at ALUGARD LTD. As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of engineers to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Plan, organize, and control the execution of engineering projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Budget Control: Establish and manage budgets for engineering projects, ensuring effective allocation of resources and minimizing costs.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including senior management, customers, and suppliers.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify, analyze, and resolve engineering-related problems, ensuring minimal disruption to projects and operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a large workload. The ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail is essential.
