Job Title: Physiotherapy Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Physiotherapy Assistant to join our team at Olive Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic.

Job Summary:

The Physiotherapy Assistant will provide administrative and clinical support to our physiotherapists and occupational therapists in the assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation of patients with various injuries or disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer evaluative tests and record results
  • Assist health care professionals in the assessment and treatment of patients
  • Carry out treatment programs under the direction of physiotherapists and/or occupational therapists
  • Develop information materials for patients
  • Examine patients and follow through on treatment programs
  • Perform general clerical duties and maintain clinical and progress reports
  • Process files and paperwork, and schedule and confirm appointments
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Will train
  • or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to distinguish between colours and sound discrimination
Working Conditions:
