Senior Systemic Game Designer

Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with our creative leadership to design and implement game systems and mechanics that drive player engagement and satisfaction.
- Develop and own game features and systems, ensuring they meet our high standards for quality and innovation.
- Work closely with our production team to scope, prioritize, and schedule feature implementation, ensuring timely delivery and seamless integration.
- Guide our team through development and iteration, providing expert guidance on gameplay mechanics and system design.
- Coordinate with other designers and departments to ensure a cohesive and engaging player experience.
- Establish and maintain a deep understanding of our game's systemic approach, ensuring it aligns with our overall vision and goals.
- 8+ years of experience in game design and development, with a strong focus on AAA titles.
- Proven expertise in implementing designs in Unreal or similar engines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Strong desire to push boundaries and create something outstanding.
- Fluency in English and French, with excellent communication skills.
