Senior Systemic Game Designer

Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with our creative leadership to shape the game's vision and translate it into practical, executable designs.
- Own and develop game features and systems, focusing on systemic gameplay and mechanics.
- Work closely with production to scope, prioritize, and schedule features, ensuring timely delivery.
- Guide the team through development and iteration, providing expertise on game design and mechanics.
- Coordinate with other designers and departments to ensure seamless integration of gameplay elements.
- Establish and maintain a deep understanding of game mechanics and enemy interactions, driving the creation of engaging gameplay loops.
- Responsible for implementing gameplay ingredients in the game, ensuring a true systemic gameplay experience.
- Collaborate with the team on fundamental design principles, feedback, and adaptive design.
- 8+ years of experience in game design and development on AAA titles.
- Experience implementing designs in Unreal or similar engines.
- Strong feature design skills, with a focus on creating engaging gameplay.
- Initiative to push boundaries and a desire to build outstanding games.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English and French.
