**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all operational site matters, including costs, schedule, quality, health & safety, and environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Oversee site installation and commissioning activities, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental protection requirements.
  • Develop and implement installation planning and strategy, coordinating with clients and other contractors on site.
  • Prepare and update mobilization plans, installation schedules, and progress reports.
  • Conduct site kick-off and progress review meetings, providing prompt reports and documentation on deviations.
  • Provide technical inputs and strategy for claim management.
  • Anticipate and mitigate risks and impacts from deviations to the plan.
  • Prepare site logs and maintenance of daily log books.
  • Prepare overall weekly site reports.

**Requirements**

  • Five to ten years of experience on construction sites or equivalent experience.
  • Strong experience on large construction sites as a site manager.
  • Technical college degree and/or significant related experience.
  • Hydro product knowledge.
  • Project Management skills and ability to handle multiple complex tasks at a time.
  • Effective communication skills (oral & written).
  • Proven leadership ability within a team context.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, sound judgment, initiative & creativity.
  • Professionalism and tact in representing the company to our internal and external customers.
  • Knowledge of French, spoken and written (an asset).
  • Available to travel & work on site for extended periods.
