We are seeking a skilled Compensation Advisor to join our Total Rewards team at CPP Investments. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for compensation design and analysis to support the development of best practices within the organization.

About the Role

This key role will focus on supporting the Compensation team with contributing to compensation design review, market benchmarking surveys, year-end salary and incentive compensation review processes, management of exceptions, and testing of systems and statements. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

The successful candidate will independently produce and deliver analysis to various teams across HR and key business stakeholders to support compensation and market data insights for all jurisdictions/offices. They will also participate in enhancements to our HR systems, including support for definition of business requirements and user acceptance testing activities.

A key aspect of this role will be to document and maintain business user guides for various systems, including training material for our market data platform. The ability to identify opportunities, take initiative, and think through future implications will be essential in driving process improvements and efficiency gains.

What We Offer

Candidates can expect a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications. Benefits include a comprehensive pension plan, generous paid time off, and access to professional development opportunities.
