About the Role

Cossette Media is seeking a highly skilled Performance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our Performance group, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative search strategies for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of search strategies for our clients.
  • Oversee the management and optimization of campaigns on search platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Search Ads 360).
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations based on precise insights.
  • Work closely with internal teams to guarantee consistency and optimal effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Establish high-caliber working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Train and support internal teams and clients on search best practices.
  • Monitor trends and new developments in the field of search and assist the Associate Director in crafting POVs.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience managing campaigns on search platforms.
  • Technical Knowledge: Mastery of the main search platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Search Ads 360).
  • Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills and mastery of performance measurement tools.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present clear and compelling reports and recommendations.
  • Certification: Google Search required.
  • Autonomy: Ability to work independently and in a team, to take initiatives and manage several projects simultaneously.
