Operations Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at Freedom Mobile. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow, and providing guidance and support to our team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train and develop team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure that all equipment and facilities are properly maintained and in good working order.
  • Resolve work-related problems and provide technical advice to team members to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Coordinate and assign work tasks to team members, reviewing their progress and providing feedback.
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be performed on a regular basis.
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient workflow.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
Work Environment:

Our workplace is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be working in a team environment, providing guidance and support to team members, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Language:

English is the primary language of communication in our workplace.

Hours of Work:
