Chief HR Officer Job Description

The Chief Human Resources Officer will play a pivotal role in driving the organization's strategic vision and goals. Reporting directly to the CEO, this individual will lead the HR function, providing strategic direction, tactical leadership, and management to drive high performance, accountability, and employee engagement across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the HR function and provide strategic vision and direction to drive business outcomes
  • Partner with the CEO and other senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives to drive employee engagement, retention, and development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve strategic objectives
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters to senior leaders and the Board

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience in an HR leadership capacity, gained in the food and beverage industry. A strong business acumen, combined with exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, is essential for success in this role.
