About the Role

As a Chief Information Security Officer - Change Management Lead at National Bank, you will play a critical role in supporting the evolution of our Information Security sector towards new operating models. Your expertise in change management and coaching will be instrumental in driving this transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of senior advisors who will support change management for major evolution projects in Enterprise Architecture and Information Security, collaborating with colleagues from Operations, IT Alliance, Employee Experience, and various business lines.
  • Establish and implement the change management and communication strategy for the National Bank Cybersecurity portfolio.
  • Define, align, integrate, and pace change management across different areas (Cyber Strategies, talent strategy, cross-functional and/or technological initiatives) to form a coherent and paced whole.
  • Identify changes generated by major strategic initiatives, bring the right level of understanding of what is changing, the impacts, and align the many stakeholders in execution.
  • SUPPORT CHANGE MANAGEMENT SPONSORS OF MAJOR CROSS-FUNCTIONAL INITIATIVES AND PARTNERS TO ENSURE A COMMON FRAMEWORK IS ADOPTED AND TEAMS REMAIN FOCUSED ON THE RIGHT PRIORITIES;

Compensation and Benefits

We offer competitive compensation with a salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
