Job Title: Long Haul Truck Driver

At Raikot Transportation Ltd., we are seeking a skilled and experienced Long Haul Truck Driver to join our team. As a key member of our transportation team, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods and materials across the country.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load and Unload Goods: Safely load and unload goods from our trucks, ensuring that all cargo is properly secured and accounted for.
  • Obtain Special Permits: Obtain any necessary special permits and documents required to transport cargo on international routes.
  • Operate and Maintain Vehicles: Operate and maintain our trucks, ensuring that they are in good working condition and meet all safety standards.
  • Inspect Vehicles: Conduct regular inspections of our vehicles to ensure that they are in good working condition and meet all safety standards.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption.
  • Transport Hazardous Goods: Transport hazardous goods safely and in accordance with all relevant regulations.
Requirements:
  • AZ Class License: Possess a valid AZ class license.
  • Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license (Class 1 or A).
  • Experience: Previous experience as a truck driver is an asset.
