Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Hygge Energy Inc. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our users, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Consult technical manuals, user guides, and other resources to research and implement solutions
  • Provide training and guidance to users to help them overcome technical difficulties
  • Collaborate with other technical support analysts to maintain a comprehensive problems and solutions log
  • Participate in the design and development of new applications and software
  • Supervise and mentor junior technical support staff
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Strong knowledge of JavaOS, networking software, and Internet protocols
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
