We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough nursing assessments and deliver direct patient care with compassion and empathy.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans that meet individual needs.
- Administer medications and monitor patients' responses, ensuring optimal health outcomes.
- Provide education and support to patients and families on health management and self-care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, adhering to regulatory standards.
- Valid LPN license in Canada.
- Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
- Experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
