Food Service Manager

At Royal Cumin Catering and Events, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food and service meet our high quality standards. This includes supervising and coordinating the activities of our food service staff, training them in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food and beverage servers, food service counter attendants, and kitchen and food service helpers.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that all staff are aware of their responsibilities.
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
